The success of SWEP depends on the willingness and commitment of a number of individual private sector businesses and key business organisations to work together with the public sector to manage strategic change.

Jack is a Senior Partner of Wills Consultants, Managing Director of TADS Media Ltd and a director of Creative Leaders Ltd. After a successful career in the Army holding several positions of command, Jack left in 1989 to start his own company TADS Media Ltd. Having worked with a variety of organisations across Public and Private sectors, both abroad and in the UK, Jack is also a well-known speaker and Chairman of The British Institute for Learning and Development (BILD), most recently completing 4 years as Chairman of the Board at the Salisbury Playhouse.
